Order Tracking Excel Template
The order tracking Excel template shows on a single screen which stage each order from each channel is at. The amount is calculated automatically from quantity and unit price; as the status column moves from Preparing → Shipped → Delivered, the rows change color. When you enter the delivery date, the lead time column showing how many days it took you to deliver fills in automatically.

What columns are in the template?

| Delivery Date / Lead Time | The delivery day and the automatically calculated difference in days. |
How to use it
- Open each incoming order as a new row.
- Enter the quantity and unit price; the amount is calculated automatically.
- Update the Status column as the order progresses.
- Enter the tracking number when you hand the parcel to the courier.
- Enter the delivery date and watch your number of pending orders on the "Summary" sheet. If you send goods in your own vehicle or in parts, track each dispatch's delivery note (irsaliye) no., vehicle plate or courier tracking no., number of boxes and promised delivery day in the shipment tracking sheet; days late and the on-time delivery rate are calculated there as well.

Frequently asked questions
Can I import marketplace orders in bulk?
You can copy the columns from the Excel export you get from panels such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada into this template. For multichannel sales, software with marketplace integration takes less effort.
What if an order has more than one product?
Open a separate row for each product under the same order number; when you group by order number with a filter, you see the total amount.
Is stock deducted automatically?
This template does not deduct from stock automatically. You can enter orders in the "Out" column of the inventory tracking template, or use inventory software that combines the two.
Can I add a courier tracking link?
You can add the courier company's tracking link as a hyperlink in the tracking number cell.
How do I see my average delivery time?
Take the average of the lead time column; you can add a row to the summary sheet with the AVERAGE formula.
