Inventory Tracking Excel
Automatically calculates remaining stock from incoming and outgoing movements, the low-stock alert, and total stock value.
Excel templates work very well for one-person operations and a few hundred items. Once your product count grows, when you need to record things from your phone at the counter, or when you need to speed up with barcodes, it makes sense to move to an app. The Ofisx Inventory Management app automates what the templates on this site do: stock movements, customer and supplier account balances, payments received, receipts/invoices and reports in one place. No internet is needed, your data stays on your device, and you can import your Excel files directly, so you can fill in a template here and then upload it to the app.
Both versions do the same job; the difference is where the data lives and how many people can access it. If you work on a single device, sell in places without internet and want your data to stay on your phone, the offline version is the right choice; if several people or branches will work with the same data, or you will switch between phone, tablet and web, the online version is.
